Little Cesear’s Pizza Kit Fundraiser

Dear Parents/Guardians

We are kicking off our fall fundraising campaign with a great “freezer filler” option through the Little Caesars Pizza Kit fundraiser. This is a school based fundraiser in support of costs associated to help offset educational excursions such as field trips, sports teams, and extracurricular events that occur throughout the year.

HOW:
Each student will be sent home with a brochure and pizza order form. You can order for your own family or ask family and friends if they’d like to purchase some kits as well. At this time, we are not encouraging students to engage in door to door sales. Families can place their order in one of two ways:

1. Make use of the order form enclosed with the brochure (filling out all of the details accurately) and sending all money back to the school office with the order forms. (Grade 4-8 Only)

WHEN:

The fundraiser starts September 25 and runs through to October 15, 2023 with all final orders having to be placed through the school office or online by that date.

Pizza kits will be delivered to GPS on November 1, 2023 and will be available for pick up that afternoon/evening (depending on the date/time of delivery). We will send out a SchoolMessenger message about the time for pick up of orders once we have it confirmed.
